tabbyFile
is a minimalist file explorer for Windows without the bloat and obscure
features of the more fancy Explorer replacements. With tabbyFile, the
need to constantly open My Computer to get at your files will vanish. A
useful tool for programmers or anyone who consistantly finds themselves
opening, re-opening, and click-navigating to the files and folders they
need to access and use most often. tabbyFile incorporates the
convenience of a tabbed interface and bookmarks, yet it uses the
resources of a single shell folder. It sits in the taskbar for quick
access when not in use. Oh, I almost forgot what many may consider the
best part - it's free!
Great Job :))))
P.S is there a timeschedule or plans for a new release? If been using it since launch and it is a damn excellent software, Only thing i do miss a bit is having left side tree view like in explorer, than a drop down tree!Is there any chance foe implementing sthng like this for the future releases?
Cheers

No planned next release, but
No planned next release, but it will come sooner or later. Probably by the summer anyway. I've been having some cpu problems, so once those all get resolved, I'll probably revisit it! And I'll keep the option of having a tree view open. ;) thanks!
