Tabbywhatelse ? How about Tabby Icons ?

I'd like a small prog that can make decent icons out of gifs, jpegs whatever.
One that would make a transparent background, too (none of the others that I know do it to my knowledge, not freeware anyways)
I used one for tabbyFile
I used one for tabbyFile that was actually very good, and free. The name escapes me at the moment though. I'll check when I get home and let you know.
